Dear Spring-Klein Area Business Person:

Our Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce is now planning its third annual Christmas in July event. You can be sure it will be an Outstanding, Exciting, Thrilling, Awesome event you won’t want to miss.

With this letter, we announce a great opportunity for you to bring your business to the attention of all members of the Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce and others who attend the event. You can donate one or more items for the silent auction to be held the night of the event.

· Each item in the SKCC Christmas in July auction will be clearly labeled with its donor’s name. Everyone who even walks by the auction table will see your company name.

· Moreover, donor names will be featured on prominently displayed poster(s) in the room.

· Also, donors will be listed in the program, which this year will be combined with our first ever Chamber Directory - a keeper for sure!

· When the winners are announced, everyone present will hear your company’s name once more.

· Then some lucky person will take home your donation, and will think of you every time he or she looks at or uses it.

I have attached a list of ideas or suggestions for donations, and a donation form for your convenience. Please fill it out and return it to the fax number on the form or bring it to our next luncheon meeting.

Chick-fil-A at 5905 FM 2920 will be the primary drop-off location for your donation.

Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce is a young, growing organization that specializes in supporting businesses in our area. Participating by donating silent auction item(s) in this way is a way of promoting your business at the same time you support the Chamber – a real win-win deal!
