Chamber Announces Plans to Establish Cityhood for the Spring and Klein Area

"The Spring Klein Chamber of Commerce is committed to furthering the progress of our community," said Toni Richard, acting president of the new Chamber created only months ago.  "That is why we are letting the public know about the petition."  

The petition Richard is referring to is a legal document created to establish the unincorporated areas of Spring and Klein as one city.  The aptly proposed name for the city is Spring Klein.  The petition requires a minimum of 10,000 registered voters' signatures in order to be placed on the November ballot.
    
Local area businesses are encouraged to have copies of the petition available for patrons, customers and clients to sign.  Click Here for a copy of the petition. Monthly Luncheon

The Spring Klein Chamber of Commerce will hold their August luncheon on Tuesday, August 5th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Sizzler Restaurant at 6062 FM 2920.

The Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce to Visit the KHOU Studios
 
We are excited to announce that on July 10th, members of the Spring Klein Chamber are invited to join the Great Day Houston audience to announce the upcoming Christmas in July event scheduled for July 25th.  This is a wonderful opportunity and we encourage all members who are interested to join us.  We have limited tickets available RSVP is required.  All guests must be at the KHOU Studios by 7:45 a.m. to get our tickets. If you are interested in taking a field trip to see Great Day Houston LIVE, please e-mail the Chamber at info@springkleinchamber.org
